January 5, 2016.  Dusk at Gulf State Park.  A day of rest at Gulf State Park was today.  The day got off to a slow start with a trip to Walmart for provisions.  Annie is resolved that we not leave the campground each day with all the hassle of disconnecting T-Harvey and securing the interior.  I resolved to lay up enough provisions to eliminate the need to restock in the near future.  We left Walmart, $230 later. 

Late in the day, we took a walk around the campground.  The photographs above show the park in a different light, literally.  A couple of pictures merit comment.  First, the lights that spell out "God less America".  I assume it was meant to say "God Bless America".  Interesting, isn't it, how the omission of one letter can so drastically change the meaning of a phrase?

The second photo is an antenna ornament which foreshadows our next family trip.  It isn't a very difficult puzzle.  I'm pretty sure my clever grandchildren will sort it out pretty quickly.
